Intake and inspection
The piece is received, logged, and opened for assessment. Condition and any known history are noted.
Written quote
Labour and parts listed separately. Sent to you for approval before anything is ordered or started.
Work and updates
The job proceeds to agreed scope. Written updates sent if timeline or cost changes at any point.
Collection with record
You collect the piece with a written service record including work performed, parts fitted, and next suggested service.
Service 01
Complete Overhaul with Parts Sourcing
Full strip-down and service combined with the sourcing of components that are no longer stocked, including balance staffs, mainsprings, and case parts for discontinued references. Sourcing is quoted separately from labour so the client can see exactly what the wait and cost relate to, and the work can be paused at any point if a part proves difficult to obtain. Suited to pieces from the 1960s to 1990s. Timeframes are given as ranges, not fixed dates, and are revised in writing if they change.

Service 02
Bracelet Restoration and Link Repair
Tightening of stretched links, replacement of worn pins and screws, refinishing of clasp surfaces, and correction of a bracelet that has begun to pull to one side. Where original links are unavailable, options are set out with their visual differences described honestly. Includes deep cleaning with the clasp disassembled. Around one week, and often a good alternative for owners who would rather not replace a bracelet at all.

Service 03
Storage and Winding Advice Visit
A short appointment covering how a collection is stored, which pieces benefit from a winder and which are better left to rest, humidity control in coastal and inland Malaysian homes, and a look at each watch for early signs of seal failure. The client leaves with a one-page written summary and a suggested check interval for each piece. Suitable for anyone who has recently inherited or assembled several watches and would like a calm starting point.
